Bought this backup drive and it now does not backup nor will it restore and even let me view what is in the hard drive. Poor Product. Totally disgusted. No tech support available ! Buy something else. Better yet pay to backup online. Ugh! ! !
It worked once.. .and only once... NOW all it does is give an error message: "range check errors".. with no functionality. I've tried everything, including resetting the variables to default.
